We are an 11:00 a.m., multi-generational Sunday school class for any adult, married or single, who wants to grow in their walk with Christ and encourage others to do the same. Men and women meet together for fellowship, announcements, and prayer requests in room 202, then split up into a men’s class (room 203) and women’s class (room 202) for small group, verse-by-verse discussion of the Bible. The class is led by Rod and Karen Herring, who have enjoyed leading adult, discussion-type Bible studies for over twenty years. They have lived in Opelika since 1986 and have six adult children. Rod is a chiropractor, and Karen is a homemaker.
