Let Us Know You’re Coming
We’d love to welcome you by name when you arrive on Sunday. Simply click the button and fill out the form to let us know more about you.
Note: If you’d prefer to just show up, that’s fine too. You’re not obligated to fill out a form to come on Sunday.
What to Expect
Preaching that’s faithful and clear.
We open God’s Word and teach it verse by verse.
Worship that lifts up Christ.
Whether contemporary or traditional, every song is sung with purpose.
People who live what they believe.
Real community, centered on grace and truth.
Kids who can’t wait for Sunday.
Our children’s ministry is safe, engaging, and built on the gospel.
Parking, Golf Carts, and Helping Hands
We have designated parking spots for our guests in the parking lot across from the Worship Center. Sometimes parking fills up between services, so if any of our lots are full, there is public parking all around downtown Opelika. No need to worry about the long walk or bad weather; we have a whole fleet of golf cart shuttles that run all morning!
If you have limited mobility, our Helping Hands Valet Parking volunteers are located on Avenue B. Just drive up, hand off your keys, and go enjoy worship with our faith family! When you are ready to go home, our volunteers will bring your car to you!
Common Questions
What’s the difference between upstairs and downstairs services?
Our upstairs Worship Center features more traditional songs of the faith with a full choir, while the services held in the downstairs 3:16 Center are a more contemporary musical style. Whichever you choose for your first Sunday, we encourage you to try them both at some point—you might be surprised which one you prefer.
In both service environments, we teach from the same passage of Scripture. To see who is preaching, please view The Messenger.
I haven’t been to church (ever or in a while). What do I need to know?
You’re not alone. Every week, we meet people who are brand new to church or haven’t been in years.
On Sunday mornings, we’ll sing some songs together, open the Bible, and hear a message that connects God’s truth to real life. Feel free to bring a Bible with you, but if you don’t have one, that’s okay—we’d love to gift you one!
What should I wear?
Most folks dress casual or business casual on Sunday mornings. Whatever you choose to wear, remember that you don’t need to impress anyone, and you don’t need to draw attention to yourself.
I’m in college. What service should I attend?
Welcome! Most of our college students attend the 8:30, 9:45, or 11:00 a.m. service in the downstairs 3:16 Center, but you are welcome to attend whichever service fits your schedule and worship preferences.
Kids Ministry Questions
What do you have for my kids?
On Sunday mornings for kids from birth through 5th grade, we have age-specific programming during all three service times—including Sunday School at 9:45 a.m. and Kids Church at both 8:30 and 11:00 a.m.
How do I check my kids in?
When you arrive, look for our Kids Check-In area on the main level or stop by any Information Desk and someone will point you in the right direction. One of our friendly volunteers will help you register your child and print matching security tags for you and your child. These tags help us ensure a safe and smooth pickup process after the service.
If it’s your first time, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so we can help you get checked in.
What security measures do you have in place?
Your child’s safety is one of our highest priorities. Every Kids Ministry volunteer has completed a background check and been trained in our safety procedures. All classrooms are monitored, and only authorized adults with a matching security tag can pick up children after services.
In addition, we have trained security personnel and medical volunteers on-site during every service and event.
Can my kid(s) come to service with me?
Absolutely. You’re always welcome to bring your child(ren) with you during worship. We love families worshiping together! If your child stays with you and gets a little restless, feel free to step into the lobby or the Nursing Moms room on the 2nd floor.
