At First Baptist Church, we believe serving on staff is more than a job—it’s a calling.
Our team exists to glorify God, serve His people, and advance the mission of the local church. We are grateful for those who prayerfully consider using their gifts, skills, and experience to serve alongside us.
We seek staff members who love Jesus, are committed to the local church, and desire to serve with humility, integrity, and excellence.
Statement of Faith
All employees are expected to affirm and support our core doctrinal beliefs.
All staff members must affirm the Baptist Faith & Message (2000) as a faithful summary of biblical teaching and agree to live and serve in a manner consistent with its doctrines. This affirmation helps ensure unity in belief, teaching, and mission as we serve together.
Church Constitution & Bylaws
Employment at First Baptist Church is governed by our Constitution and Bylaws, which outline our structure, leadership, expectations, and policies for ministry and church life.
All prospective employees are expected to review, understand, and agree to abide by the Constitution and Bylaws as a condition of employment. These documents help provide clarity, accountability, and order as we seek to function faithfully as a New Testament church.
